Re: transmission slipping

Hi

When does it slip? When you take off from a stop, traveling in the city, or freeway? Any noise/vibrations with the slip?

The transmission electronics only control overdrive(at high speeds) and torque converter clutch. So, I don't really think, brain deading or clearing codes in computer with have an effect on the transmission. Unless, its not upshifting to overdrive on the freeway...Even then, that don't seem right.
