Need help..

I am thinking about buying either 2 cadence 10" wild beast subs for $190, 2 Alpine type-r 10" subs for $240, or 2 kicker comp-vr 15" subs for $230. Which would you recomend for the best sound quality.

Type R
Type R
Type R
Guarantee you no one will say anything else.
Kicker is not known for sound quality, more for SPL. Dunno about the other. Type R i AM sure of.

Re: Need help..

comp subs (spl) are optomized to focus more energy at certain frequencies, this is what the kickers do best...
theirs is more of a peaked response
fidelity is being true to the original source material (sq) which is basically what alpine have always been about...
theirs is more of a flat response
as far as the cadence subs, some people will say they're sacrificing spl for sq or sq for spl, lets just call 'em sql...
theirs is more of a curved response

maybe this will help you make up your mind...
