windshield washing

when i go to wash my windshiled using the cars builit in windshield washing system, hardly any fluid comes out of the passenger side jet, it comes out of the drivers side jet just fine but hardly any will come out the passenger side, ive tried sticking a needle in the jet, ive tried clamping off the other one to build up pressure and still, hardly any fluid comes out. is there another thing i can try to fix this? can you buy just a new "jet" at a parts store? anyone have any ideas?

Re: windshield washing

try disconnecting the nozzles from both sides and squirting the washer. If it comes out equally, then just go buy a new nozzle from the dealer already. They're around 5 bucks and they normally have them in stock.

Re: windshield washing

try removing the nozzle to test if the pressure is equal on both sides.. could also be the pump...

Re: windshield washing

Just replace it. Even if a needle clears it out it will enlarge the hole and make it practically useless.
