Removing Plastic Rear Signal Covers

I am looking for a way to remove the rear plastic signal lense covers from a '94 Villager for possible repair or replacement. Any ideas?

Discovered the access through the inside.

Re: Removing Plastic Rear Signal Covers

Remove the light and replace it with a used or new aftermarket one. There is really no real way to replace just the cover and if there were you will proably spend more time getting angry trying it than just replacing it. EBAY has them for 20 bucks or less.
