2002 Suburban grease fitting replaceable?

I just finished lubing my wife's 2002 suburban and one of the grease fittings is leaking grease back out. It is the top one right next to rotor. I did notice that quite a few did appear to be replaceable but this one did not (it did not have an area to put a wrench). Is there a way to replace this fitting? If so how do I do it and where can I buy a replacement? If not what do I do? vehicle only has about 41K miles.

Thanks

May be a drive in fitting.

If you have the room you may be able to drill and tap and replace with a screw in fitting.
But It may not hurt much.
I would just leave it for a couple of grease jobs and see if it gets any better.
