has anyone ever changed the plugs in a 06 silverado 5.3

Have you driven that much, I would doubt that they need it already, but it's possible.

exactly.. I believe they are platinum tip'd as well.
But if you need to change them. they are not that hard. except for the Piston 7. Damn steering shaft makes that one hard.
