Smile Squek

Hey all new to this site. I purchased a 1997 T-Bird for my daughters first car. I owner w/65000 miles. Excellent condition. I have two problems I am trying to solve. First is I have a squeek behind the balancer pulley. I pulled the belt off and started it so I have isolated the noise. Whats behind it? It doesn't do it all the time but when it does it lets you know. The second is the driver window. It has a tendency to want to stick going down. Dealer said they replaced some kind of regulator but still does it, but has no problem going up.
Any help you greatly be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Squek

What engine does your car have in it? It sounds like you bought the car from a dealer recently so I would take it back for repairs under warranty. You can try spraying some silicone in the window tracks to see if that helps.
