Replacing EVO steering sensor 99 Suburban
I need to replace the EVO steering sensor in my 99 Suburban. There is a good set of verbal instructions for doing this replacement on a 97 Tahoe at
http://www.automotivehelper.com/topic317059.htm but there are no photos. I was hoping to find a photo/repair diagram of the spot where you loosen the 15mm bolt to slide the intermediate shaft forward from the steering column, to expose the EVO, just to make sure I'm doing it right, and also to make sure it's the same on the 99 Suburban steering column as the 97 Tahoe. Thank You |

Re: Replacing EVO steering sensor 99 Suburban
try checking with your local library. They may have a maintenance manual software that should have an illustration. I can't remember the name of the software, but the librarian should be able to help you.
Good luck Don't let the machine beat you! John |
