Quick question...and update.

So...if there are any available, where can I find performance parts that will fit on the 3800 series one engine on my 1990 Delta 88? Such as better air intake, headers, just bolt on stuff? Maybe even a turbocharger or something?

I finally got around to fixing the power steering also, a rock had come up and put a hole in the tube under the radiator...not sure why it loops around under the radiator, it didn't even have any cooling fins. I just cut both ends off and clamped a rubber tube on it. Seems to be working fine after a week.

I painted it! Look up $50 paint job on google, it works nicely. I'm almost done. No rust and it's black now instead of white, the black rubber going down the side will soon be blood red to match the inside.

Headers are a no go. There aren't many bolt on "performance" parts. I've looked and come up with just about nothing. The "cold air intake" is about the only bolt on thing I've found.

Dang...I probably won't bother with the intake if I cant get better exhaust...

I wonder if I could custom make some? It's a bit of a stretch, but I make medieval armor in my off time from work...mostly chainmail to this point...and I'm already using some on the car...chainmail is going to be the replacement for the vinyl top crap pics as soon as it's done, I promise, it's gonna take a few months to finish...anyway, I've been wanting to upgrade some of my stuff and I want to start some sheet metal work....like plate armor...I could see making some headers once I get some experience in...hmm...well see. God...I wish I could sell this stuff to people here in WV...I could quit working fast food...I sell out online, but I cant make enough stuff without help to keep a store stocked...good problem to have I guess...if I can find another Mailler around here to help, lol....anyway...another board needed for this...sorry for ranting...

Thanks for the info though. Advance Auto Parts said maybe I could take some parts from one car and bolt them to mine, something about a turbocharger from a firebird?!? Something about the same engine?
