Noises in 03 Max!!
I hear this whining noise outside the car. I can only notice it when I step out the car but it is very annoying. It is coming from the front right... I have opened the hood to try to find it but no luck. Any ideas what it might be and what I should do?

First tighten belts, check steerin fluid. If turnin steering wheel has an effect, pump is dying.
