Moon roof back to duct tape

Went to put the glass back in after geting the duct tape residue off.

The rod that connects the glass to the track that makes the vent feature work went from one piece (or i thought to 4 small pieces) The ones marked left and right were easy but there is a little plastic bushing on each side one black and one brown. Any one know which would be left and right?

Also i need to know where the little zig zag black track is in the vent postion.
Either it be all the way back in the middle more forward.

It was all the way to the back of the track when i disassemble it and i think it was stuck in the vent position. Ive never seen it open so i am at a loss.

i was thinking about checking one out at a car lot. But i dont feel right wasting the car salesman's time. At least here if someone spends some time
answering its by choice.

I wasted all day saturday messing around with it.

Told my wife the last time i spent all day working on something an getting nothing done there was a case of budweiser and a red head involved.

Any one with a 94 towncar type moonroof if you can take a look at those bushing i'd appeciate it. Also check if the arm that connects ot the glass and raises it to vent is bolted to the more forward of the two bolts. The bushings glide thru a groove in that rod. Thanks

Between the hot sun and the frustration this project got a little messy
