4.8 mods

I have a single cab 4.8 with a five speed. Have done a few mods. granitelli MAF, k&N intake, professional tune, cut cats off, flowmasters, 8.5mm wire, good set of plugs, throttle body spacer, and 170 degree thermostat. Looking for ideas on new upgrades, something else. My stock gears are too high and am looking for 3:73 posi, any ideas or tips? I am going to get a better clutch pressure plate throw out bearing as soon as the stock one goes out, once again any hints, advice? What about electric fans, worth the risk? Any advice will be appreciated.

Re: 4.8 mods

Where'd you get a 170º t-stat? All I could find were 180º's and 160º's. As far as risk with e-fans, I don't know of any. You're not going to see any tremendous gains with them, though. I'd check junk yards for a rear end, and I'd look for one with a G80.
