S14 Silvia Front-End Conversion????

Yo, wussup? I have a silver 2000 Civic HB, and I want 2 do that S14 Silvia front-end conversion. I looked at a site, and it only seems to sell the bumper, hood and wide-body fenders for it. Does that mean that I have to get the head-lights from Japan? And does it take much time and money to do it? Thanx. Peace :flash:
