Steady on ABS light and flashing Brake Light

Hello to all

I am experiencing a steady on ABS light and a flashing brake indicator. They go off when I start rolling. Whe I stop they relight.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance

I had the same problem, check for brake line leaks and bleed the system. My driver side rear wheel cylinder needed to be replaced.

It needs to be put on a ABS brake capable scanner and get ABS codes.
Post back codes for more help.

Re: Steady on ABS light and flashing Brake Light

Thank you for the replies! I do have a leaking master cylinder I believe. Looing for the source of fluid now. Also, I came to the shop today and used the new Snap On Modis unit. Says no codes. But when I look at the data display, it "says" that my back wheels are going 44 mph. So I am now suspecting some faulty speed sensors. This all started when I put some solid core wires on the spark plugs. I have since change them (right after I put them on-the next day). I will check the leaks out and if you have anymore ideas, please tell me of them.
Thank you in advance

Re: Steady on ABS light and flashing Brake Light

Abs codes clear ever engine restart.
Always check for codes when light is on.
