How to replace door handles on new style 2007 Sierra Crew Cab?

Bought color matching door handles off of ebay and was wondering how to replace the black ones currently on my truck. The handles I bought were take offs and didnt come with instructions.

Looks like the first thing I have to do is remove the door panels, (have crew cab), but how do you take them off?

And do the handles just unbolt?

Yes, the linkage on the handle must be disconnected first then the bolts are accessed from inside, you will see what's what when the trim pad is off.

Not sure as to the step by step, look for any screws behind armrests or hardware, or under the switch plates, once the components are removed the pad comes up and out.
