Upgrades for a 96' Integra ls

I just bought a fairly used 1996 Acura Integra LS, it has a crap load of miles(117,000). I already have Intake and Cat-back exhuast. What other kind of upgrades should i look for?

I want a new engine(preferably the b20 with gsr or type r heads).
Does anyone know if the new 2003 accord v6 3.0 240hp engine would fit in my car?

And if any of yall know of a cheap site or place i can find good low prices engines, please let me know.
