oxygen sensor ....i need help!

heres hopin you can advise me ..i have a 1995 grand am 3.1 liter.the oxygen sensor is way in behind the engine,and i tried to replace it but cant seem to get my fat hands back there to get ahold of it.i did remove the heat shield,and got a wrench around the darn thing but she wont budge.any ideas?..do i need a special tool to be able to remove this thing ,and,what should i use as a "loosener" spray to make it easier to get it to turn.thanking you in advance,smellywetdog

Youre best bet is to get an O2 sensor socket.
Its cut out to fit the wiring through so you dont cut it.
