wipers
I remember seeing an older thread reguarding the intermittent wipers, but i couldnt find it. anyway i just replaced the washer pump for the wipers, all works great now but the intermittemt setting doesnt work now when i rotate the knob for the wipers, and the wipers dont stay on for a few seconds after i spray the windsheild, they just come up once. they DO still work though on low, high and mist. im thinking it may have something to do with the switch, i tried my best not to disturb any of the wiring when i replaced the pump, i also made sure all connections were tight.

Re: wipers
Did you plug the blue wire into the circuit board on the motor assembly?

Re: wipers
i took off that black cover and all the wires seem in tact, i put the cover back on and the intermittent setting works again, wish i know what i did that made it work again. ill monitor it though if it happenes again. the blue wire is for the delay though?

Re: wipers
Yes, the blue wire controls the delay. You might have just had a bad connection on it - removing it and reseating it cured the problem.
