Revolutionary Idea: Classic/Sports Car Club-Feedback Needed!

Hey guys I was hoping you all would be able to give me some feedback on this idea I have. What would you think about joining an exclusive club giving you access to almost 30 different high performance, luxury and classic cars. For a membership fee of $8500 you have access to these cars all year around. By simply booking the vehicle of your choice and picking it up at the club. This club would also feature a club house, potentially a bar and a place to socialize with other car enthusiasts. This membership fee would entitle you to approximatley 15-20 days of driving these expensive cars. This idea is aimed at those that can't afford an exotic car, but still want to enjoy driving them throughout the year. This idea does exist in the UK and USA, I am trying to bring this concept to Canada. Any feedback you provide would be greatly appreciated

the only problem with a bar and a place you cant "rent" cars, the state might not like that idea
