All brake lights went out! Need help.

So All my brake lights went out on my car including my hand brake light, regular brake lights, my third brake light, and my spoiler light. I lost the cover to the fuse box inside my car so i dont know which fuse is for the brake lights if there is one in the fuse box. I changed the brake switch as well as one of the bulbs and no luck. I traced the brake light harness down and everything looks ok as far as i can tell. The harness just goes to the abs unit and to some kind of plug in the trunk that i can tell. Please let me know as soon as possible if anyone can help and it will be much appreciated.
