Unhappy Blinking Security light After Clean Key, wait 3 minutes

I changed out my multi function switch and the electronic part of the ignition switch. Now my great running aurora will not start. I will turn the Key and the DIC will display CLEAN KEY WAIT 3 MINUTES... THEN THE SECURITY LIGHT WILL JUST BLINK. Normally if the key just needed to be cleaned the security light would come on and stay of for about 3 minutes. But since it have change all that it just blinks and still will not start my car. So something is not right??? I have check all my connections and everything is put back together and operating great beside the car cranking over.

IS THEIR ANY CODE OR VARIOUS BUTTONS I CAN PRESS ON THE DIC

NOT TRYING TO SPEND 1000+ DOLLARS AT THE DEALER JUST BECAUSE
OF NEWER TECHNOLOGY...

HELP ME PLEEEEEASE...
