What do you guys think about this upgrade?

I'm VERY impressed by the difference the INJEN intake has made for me,so now i was thinking about something else to buy,and i heard good things about those computer mods or whatever.And i came across this little thing.The VENOM 400 Control Module.It promisses up to 25% increase in hp and torque.So my questions are:

1-Does it really give a 25% increase in HP & torque?
2-is it worth the money?
3-Is the website trusted?

I think the Venom Control Module is something they use w/NOS...not sure...

and plus if that kills ur engine just get a SR20DET
question: will the SR20DET pass emissions???
answer yes or no plz not all this explanation stuff

Visual: No
