Help w/1976 Celica GT

Hello Celi Owners,
I bought a 1976 Celi GT Liftback in excellent condition and low miles and I have several questions.
First, I am trying to get the horns to work but I can't find the horn relay under the dash, kick-panel or under the hood. Where can I find it?

Second, when accelerating, it seems that not until I get the RPM's up to about 3500 does it seem to have much more power. What needs adjusted to give me that same power at lower RPM's?

Third, there is a advance/retard adjustment on the distributor. Would changing this make a difference in the power at different RPM's?

Forth, there is a choke cable on the dash that leads to the engine compartment but is not connected. It starts fine and idles down after warm-up. Was it a manual choke at one time and possibly been changed to an auto-choke?

Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
Have a great summer.
Jeff

I bet the horn pin behind the steering wheel is worn and needs to be replaced. I've done that on two 1976 Celicas.

Who knows .. Someone probably intended to change to manual .. but never followed though with the conversion.

Power issues are probably due to old carb.
