Question

ECU problem???? Please Help

I have a 1995 Maxima. My car turns over but will not start. Has impulse power but no power to spark plugs. Family friend says that it sounds like an ECU problem. I was wondering what you'll thought. Plus, if you think it is an ECU problem do you know how much that it is going to cost me? Thanks for the help. Paul Russell
