question about downpipe

Since theres no cat, the o2 sensor down there will freak out.

Yes that downpipe will...but it will sound very raspy(honda like) while cruising and decelerating.

i was wondering, when i rev the engine and it hits the rev limiter the exhaust pops ones real loud than it pops like 3 other times....is this normal???

You shouldn't be hitting the rev limiter...not exactly healthy for your car.

but why does it pop like that after the loud pop?....im asking because my friend has a srt 4 too but his only pops once and thats it....

Every car is different...it's the sound of the spark being cut so you won't over rev. Just remember it's not a healthy thing to sit there and hit the rev limiter, let alone in neutral.
