help! air conditioning..

ok..so i took apart the bottom half of the passernger side console cuz i had a leak from the AC unit there..

i found the blower motor covered in water, the evaporator was sort of corroded.. so i havea big question... where is the water supposed to go? where is the hose that drains?!

ookay solved it.

if anyone else has this prob, heres what to do..

take off the glove compartment (take off bottom screws, angle it out)

look @ rubber plug that goes into the evaporator housing thing.. (has wires going in)

take that off, look inside, look to see if the evap is covered in grime if it is: get degreaser/cleanser.. clean it off..get a air hose and spray the SHIT out of the back of it. theres a little plug thing behind the evap on the bottom, its the drain..

after you do that, go under the car, spray the shit out of the drain from the bottom up...

do that ac ouple times, then spray water onto the evaporator..see if it leaks down nicely.
