Question 95 4runner two antenna wires?

So, I pulled the dash out to get a look at the aftermarket install on my new/old 4runner.

Everything looks alright, but there is what looks like an extra (much thiner) antenna wire that is not connected.

I can not find anything in the forum or on the web that references the other wire.

Is this for the power antenna (that does not work), or does this go to something else?

As always thanks for the help.

On most aftermarket units the power antenna wire is orange, if that's any help.
