2000 Bravada
Im pretty pumped. Goin to get a 2000 Bravada 2morrow with 80k on it for only $5,500. To me it seems like a good deal. Anyone have any info on Bravadas to fill me in on. I drove one last weekend and loved it. This one is newer AND with much less miles. What should I be looking for. Its from a dealership so any FYI would be helpful as far as getting the price down as low as I can get it. Thanks.

Re: 2000 Bravada
Dealer retail is $8,800 according to Kelly Blue Book www.kbb.com. I'd check it out good and maybe get a warranty if you can. seems kinda low for a dealer.

Re: 2000 Bravada
It started out at $7k+ and its from a GM dealership that mostly deals in newer, nicer vehicles. I checked it over today and it drove real nice and seemed real nice. Tha motor looked real clean and ran good. I think it was so low because they dont want "older" vehicles on their lot. They DID do a 32 point inspection and brought everything up to standards that they needed to. What Im wondering is is there anything with bravadas that start giving out around 87k miles? What should I be ready for in the near future, providing its a solid vehicle. Whats the norm?

Re: 2000 Bravada
Get a the transfer case fluid change ASAP, blue TracII and don't hesitate.
That is one big problem with the '98 & newer Bravada transfer case encoder motor/gear sliders and a fluid change every 25K should head it off, I'm considering one myself since I can't find low milage '97's. |

Re: 2000 Bravada
Is it easy to change the fluid myself? How do I do it?
