Dual Port Wastegates.
Anyone here got a dual port wastegate?
I just bought one off Ebay, when it arrives I find the second port on it isn't sealed (air just hoses out the shaft hole). Has anyone got a good one, if so where did they get it from? The one I bought is now no more use than a normal single port wastegate. The seller is trying to tell me the second port isn't supposed to be sealed, so this may turn into a fight. |

Re: Dual Port Wastegates.
what's the advantage of dual ports?
from what i understand of the, the side port is the primary and the wastegate doesn't need to top port to operate properly anyway.

But if the secondary port isn't sealed, it's of no more use than a single port wastegate. |
