Talking Another Panel Line Question- HELP -

Ok I know how panel lines are done but here is the real question:

Do you put on the panel lines before you gloss or after??
I have tried to put panel lines on a test car and the stuff Im using tends to bleed after the gloss is applied.
I have tried several types of .005 archival pens that say they are non-bleeding but still bleed if glossed over.

HELP!

I glossed over my panel lines, cos i was afraid i might bury the detail under clearcoat.. and it didn't bleed.
You have to mist on the first coat to seal it in

I prefer to add panel line detail last. I like using acrylic flat paint, thinned out to flow into the panel lines, and I clean up any excess w/polishing compound. Glossy panel lines simply don't look realistic. If you use a pen or paint wash, do it last.
