Supercharger performance packages from 3800 performance.com

Hey guys, im getting a 2004 grand prix gtp. Its a very awesome car and I wanna do a little research before I actually purchase it. First of I was wondering if 14000 is to much for one with 43000 miles on it, small paint chip by the key hole and a stain on the back floor carpet. I was also wondering if anyone had experience with 3800 performance.com or any of the mods they are selling such as different supercharger pulleys, reprogrammed pcms and ect...

Im mostly wondering if they super charger pulleys are safe for stock engine since they add more boost. If they are safe I plan on buying this performance package for my car almost immediately after I get it.
