2004 Honda Interior Scratch Fixes

I just bought a 2004 CR-V and when you open the tailgate there are two big interior plastic piece that are over top of each rear wheel that have been REALLY scratched up from carrying stuff in the back. Maybe bikes or something. It's all superficial scratching and I was hoping that there was some way to buff or repaint those pieces.

Is there some kind of interior paint for that stuff?

There are interior paints for plastics but I'm not sure how good they look when used on large areas. You can buy it at Autozone, Pep Boys etc.

Check the prices of new OEM parts, some of the Honda parts are fairly priced.
