Polishing windshields
What of this? Light cut abrasives good? Like turtle wax polishing paste?

Yeah I just bought old AMX kits and the windows are a bit cloudy. So I would love to know too

Wet sand the windshield with 1000 grit wet paper. Use a little soap in the water.
After wet sanding polish with Blue Magic Polishing Creme or Novus polish. Either will work great. Mark www.mas-parts.com

I wouldn't arbitrarily go straight to 1000 grit, it depends on how deep the scratches go. You may, for example, only need to start with 3200, it will cut down on the work.

i've used tamiya compound and it works like a charm. after sanding with tamiya 2000 grit paper that is.

For me the best is Novus 2 liquid. I polish with it all my windshield and bodies.
