'95, where is A/C low port?

Looking to add some freon. Problem that the manual doesn't say what and where is the low AC port. I found one line that runs near belt tensioner with a port but I am not sure if it is the "low" one.

Would you be kind as to set me straight?

Re: '95, where is A/C low port?

The high is the one that exits the condensor radiator near the relay bank. If there is another, it's the low...

There is a set of relays on the right side near the headlamp cluster. The condenser exit, high pressure switch and high pressure side schrader valve is next to these.

The other line is ths low pressure one.

Weird. The one that is marked LOW on the pic has a high side kind of plug.

Well, don't bother. I took it to the shop, they vacuumed it, charged it with UV freon, the compressor kicked in and I had about for a day cold air, then it became warmer and warmer, now it is a slight resemblance of warm to hot air... Compressor still kicks in and pressure seems to be holding but air is not cold by far. Check with my UV flashlight and couldn't find any leaks on seals or the radiator thing up front. Also, it didn't smell funny in the cabin. I don't think it is a leak.

Could it be the orifice nozzle tube thing?

Re: '95, where is A/C low port?

Well, the low port is on the accumulator-drier, cylindrical thingy.

It happens to my compressor at fault as I was told in the shop. I think I can change that freaking thing myself.

Just bought a real service manual for auto shops on eBay for my year, hope to find some directions there. I have autozone DVD on cooling system where they show how to change the compressor - not that hard, plus, I bought a vacuum pump & gages. My biggest fear is unscrewing and removing that sucker off, I am not sure if there is enough clearance.
