95 Explorer code 214
Hey Everyone. My 95 explorer is showing code 214 which is Cylinder Identification(CID) Circuit Failure. It has gotten to where every time you stop it wants to stall. Idles just fine in the driveway. What could be the problem.

For diagnostic trouble code 214, the factory service manual suggests:
Possible causes: -- Open or shorted harness. -- Damaged Camshaft Position (CMP)/Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor. -- Damaged Ignition Control Module (ICM) (if equipped). -- Damaged Powertrain Control Module (PCM). -Rod
