Unhappy Drove new Honda...not impressed

OMG..I cannot belive im saying this but I actually feel the new Accord lacks in what the generations of Accords have given us. During my oil change for "AERIS" at my HONDA dealership, I saw the first 2 door coupe 2003 model with rims and low riding tires. My god it was beautiful! I had to take it for a test drive. Yes..engine was nice and quiet (wasn't V6 version though) and it really launched off the line but the very first bad rub got to me while I drove it...It feels soo stif that every bump in the road seemed to go right into my bones, almost as if there were no shocks. Dips, bumps, didn't matter, I felt every damn thing I drove on the road and with more road noise then I felt was tolerable in a 2003 model Accord for crikes sake. It very felt very hard and stern in the corners with minimum body roll, but man, I felt I was driving on wheels made of stone.... Im so dissapointed, looks like im gonna take another look at that Toyota Solara coupe..

Well if it had low profile tires...theres the problem..

with the added surface area and the lower tire wall bumps will be way harder...

drive one without all that stuff and then there will be a big differnece in ride but a lot less handling...
youve obviously havent driven a lowered car before then..you got to get used to the stiff suspension...but it sure handles beter lowered....
I want to go test drive one now....something to do today i guess..
