Is it possible when I seafomed it messed up my dpfe and purge solenoid cannister?

unlikely, the only thing that seafoam messes up with proper use is spark plugs. because it frees up the carbon buildup in the engine and intake and after it clears out it tends to kill the spark. how ever if you improperly have it go in the engine you will hydrolock it and possibly bend the pushrods.
