Seatbelt retract

Is there a way to fix the driver sider seatbelt. Everytime I get out it doesnt retract. I have to retract it manually by hand so it doesnt get stuck outside of the door.

Replace with another one from a salvage yard. When searching for one do not get one from a van that has been in a frontal accident. Try and find a theft recovery or abandoned one for parts at the yard. Do not attempt to fix the belt they are not fixable items unless its just the belt is turned around behind the side panel so check that first of course.
