misfire cylinder 2

my first thought was to change the plugs and cables/coils. the light is still on after the change. the car isnt running well at all. The misfire is hard. I can hear what i think is a vaccum leak around my intake manifold. would this cause a misfire?

Re: misfire cylinder 2

if you hear a leak, i'd find it. check your intake manifold gasket. beyond that a o2 sensor may cause the problem or a really bad ring.. ...

what you CAN do is type the code in on GOOGLE.com under search put code: pxxxx and it should give you some basic diagnosis and fix's

Re: misfire cylinder 2

its weird that this happened to u cuz this also just happened to me. i dont think this is what is wrong with ur car but the clip on my fuel injector broke (do not ask me how cuz i have no clue) and the connector came off a slight bit. so every once in a while i would get no fuel to that cylinder and the car ran like crap, it confused the hell out of me.
