Stalling

I have a 2003 325xi. For the past two weeks the engine stalled three times in an occasion. Another time last month the engine stalled while I was putting it on overdrive. I brought it to a mechanic yesterday. Wonder if it is an electrical issue or a fuel issue. I also read somewhere that BMW had recalls on 2003 3 series models a few years back. Anyone have a clue?

Re: Stalling

I have a 2002 325Ci that was stalling upon deceleration and accelleration while making a turn in either drive or reverse. Took it in to dealership today and they found a defective water pump and thermostat. Thank goodness it was still under the CPO warrantee - but surprised this happened at only 43K mi.
