Clio front door speakers

Hi

has anyone fitted speakers in the front door of a 1998 old style Clio that didn't have them factory fitted?

is there anywhere that sell them as like a kit or something with all the fittings and grills, not looking for anything fancy just plain grey will do so it matches the doors, or would I be better popping down to the scrap yard and taking some off a Clio that had them fitted? ( I have some speakers just need the fittings for the door)

how easy is it to cut a hole in to the door panel? do I need to take it all off or can I do it with door panel on

am 99% sure the wires are all ready there for them as the dash speakers have extra cables that come off them and looks to go down by the door where the central locking cables go though
