95 Neon wont start HELP!!!!!!!!!

my 95 neon will not start it cranks and cranks but it does not start. It has a new coil new wires new plugs new battery, new fuel pump & autoshut down relay. It just wants to rest! I had a mechanic come over and look at it and he was getting communication errors from the computer. then we pulled the computer out we have power going into the computer but nothing coming out. Can someone please help?????? My kids are making me nutz I have to take them some where to get some peace from them :>

Camshaft or crankshaft position sensor could be bad.

OK now heres what we have done so far. New coil new Cam sensor new crank sensor
The car started 2x's and now will not start at all I do not have power now going to the PCM any ideas where to start from here??
The Car does turn over but will not start. Any Ideas would be appreciated.
