Cool Bad struts or is it??? 99 mystique

How can you tell if you have bad struts or not? I think I have a problem with the front end and not sure were the problem really is? Bad bushings on the A-frame mount? How can I analize what's going on, any ideas?

if your struts are bad then your car is just going to keep bouncing when you hit a bump.

what are the symptoms?

Well the front tires are wearing on the inside, when I it rains even a lite rain the front seams to have a mind of it's own, in the winter when it's icy the car has it's own agenda. I have just noticed the tire wear, and it seams to be getting worse.
