94 Ranger Water Coming Out Of Tail Pipe, Blown Head Gasket>?
My Son Drove His Truck Yesterday With A Hole In One Of The Hoses & Now There Is Lots Of White Smoke & Water Coming Out Of The Tail Pipe. There Is No Water In The Oil & No Oil In The Water That I Can See. Are There Any Other Potential Problems Other Than A Blown Head Gasket. Hope Someone Can Help!

Head gaskets the most likely problem. It might have warped or cracked the heads. You almost have to take them off an have them magnafluxed to tell

Re: 94 Ranger Water Coming Out Of Tail Pipe, Blown Head Gasket>?
What's the connection between and busted radiator hose and water coming out of the tail pipe? Water from the hose will leak out in the open but a blown head gasket could leak out into the water jacket and out the pipe. After replacing the hose, how much coolant are you losing. A blown head gasket between a cylinder and the water jacket will eventually cause emulsification of the crankcase oil AND more than likely affect the performance of the car. One way for sure to find out before you pull the head is to do a compression check.
