97 License Plate Mounts
Just bought this car. I wanted to replace the severly corroded bolts on the rear license plate before the plate fell off. The inserts came out with the bolt. Mercury dealer wants me to buy the whole tail piece (applique). Any remedies without using a drill. I saw a TSB referring to a kit to be made.
