How do you remove rear pannel to get at speakers??

Does any one know how to remove the rear pannel on a 2000 concorde lxi to replace the stock 6x9's?

I haven't taken mine out or gone into there yet but I know you'll need to remove the rear seat to gain access to either screws or clips that hold the trim piece,carpet, on top of them.
