Power windows

We're experiencing the occasional windows go down by themselves issue. Anyone else have this problem? Dealership told us this "probably" wouldn't happen again, seems to happen every time it rains, and it's both windows. Any easy fixes?

Re: Power windows

Ok it's been raining for several hours, now the car is unlocking, alarm is turning off, and the windows keep opening. Close the car up, alarm shuts off after a few minutes, then the windows go down later on. Possibly the door lock sensors?

Re: Power windows

SOunds like a common driver side door latch issue. The car has an "auto down" function when the latch reconizes the key turned and held to the unlock position for 2 seconds its rolls down both windows.

Re: Power windows

Does the latch have to be replaced, or is there a different fix for it?

Re: Power windows

Great. How much of a pain is this going to be to replace? Nothing listed on changing that wonderful thing out.
