no OD or lockup
I have A 94 buick regal sport with A 3.8 and there is no 3/4 shift and the torque converter does not lockup shifts ok from 1/2 and 2/3 but when shifting from od to 3 the rpm stays the same

Welcome to AF. This could be internal, it should be scanned with a trans function scanner to check solenoid operation, slippage and gear ratio errors for a proper diagnosis.
