99 Jeep Grand Cherokee, No Brake Lights!!!

After installing a factory 7-way trailer wiring harness I have no brake lights. I bought the factory harness to avoid such problems. Has anyone else had any problems with the brake lights not working? Also I spent about an hour going over the housings and connections I even tried taking the harness out and I still have no brake lights.

Ive heard that the BCM will some time cause strange problems and im wondering if this might be it. Also is there a way to reset the BCM like unplugging a specific fuse or just unplugging the Batt for a sort time?

Oh well Ive been reading all the horor stories about the GCL's and I wish I had never bought mine. BTW I should have gotten rid of it when the CPS went out and it died in the middle of the road.
