bougth a 2002 accord ex v6 2dr and was a stolen recovery. i put it back together and just missing the front driver air bag and passenger bag. i bougth the two air bags and module and installed them but when i reset the module the light is still on. i also had to replace the clock spring, the original clock spring had the srs wires cut. i buogth the clock spring at a wrecking yard, if the that clock spring had alredy deployed the bags will it still be good? sould i put back the old module and repair the old clock spring or what way did you reset that light

You sure they bothered to replace the airbag decel sensors after the crash? If they didn't do the bags, it wouldn't surprise me...

Nevermind...I think I missed the point...they stole the bags, right? Not deployed?

air bag systems are very tempermental you must splice the wires properly or they will build up resistance and the srs computer will toss a light or many other problems can come up take it to a trained perfesional.
